Lynn Thompson DVD: Handgun Hunting Down Under
« on: July 03, 2012, 12:36:43 PM »
I watched this DVD yesterday.  Very impressive performance on asia buffalo and wild hogs in Australia shooting 44 MAG revolvers.  Yet some would say that 44 MAG is barely adequate for deer.  Lynn Thompson topples several dozen animals within this DVD - not for bunny huggers at all.

I enjoyed the action and so will you.

I've seen bits of it on YouTube and he is an impressive shot.  ;)

The only thing that limits a 44MAG revolver on big game is range.   Mule deer I shot with them were no problem at all to 100+ yards, and they handled hogs and black bear just fine.
Evolution at work. Over two million years ago the genus Homo had small cranial capacity and thick skin to protect them from their environment. One species has evolved into obese cranial fatheads with thin skin in comparison that whines about anything and everything as their shield against their environment. Meus
