that does look good, im sure 1 or 2 of those a year would prob not hurt you, much. from what ive seen some peoples metabolisms can handle food like that and some cant. my gpa lived most of his life on bacon, eggs, perserved meats of one kind or another,tons of cheese and other foods predominant to his german heritage.he died at 99 and was healthy as a horse till bout 95 or so.i on the other hand live off deer, rabbit and garden veggies mostly and have high blood pressure and am slightly over weight even tho im pretty active compared to most..my brother eats about the same way i do, only more beef and pork, and is skinny and a little healthier than i am. i think a lot of it is who gets what in the lottery of family genetics.
