Justice Roberts say he is very conservative and very, very smart.
Well in my opinion he may be very smart, but not conservative in my book. The way the legislation was written in the health care package was unconstitutional, so basically some on the court (Roberts included) rewrote it into a tax, this is writing legislation and nobody conservative as a judge rewrites anything...they rule on what was written.
People, we are living in a time where the worst enemy a left wing socialist has is the constitution, because it tells them what they can't do to their subjects, it limits them. Now things are changed for the first time, it no longer tells them what they can't do. It tells them what they CAN do.
Roberts is a flaming left winger, he admitted there was constitutional problems with this law, he rewrote it for them to make it constitutional. He actually wrote the legislation from his desk, along with 4 others. Bad news for America, government power and control is hard enough to slow down with the constitutional limits being followed.
