Help with a TC custom shop 50.cal

I acquired a TC Custom shop 50cal renegade with a RB only 1-66 barrel. This came with a hooded globe front sight and a vernier rear sight.

I did not want to drill the eye aperture on the rear sight out but it is too small. Before I drill this out - does anyone know who made these ? Perhaps I could order a larger aperture ....

Check Midway & Brownell's, one of them will likely have what you need.
