Stop Obama's Unconstitutional Appointments Sign the Petition : 72,869 Signers So Far    By pushing through new appointments to his National Labor Relations Board and his so-called Consumer Financial Protection Bureau—without any consent from the Senate—President Obama is shredding our Constitution.

Utah Senator Mike Lee, a former constitutional lawyer, has stood up against Obama and blamed the President for using “deeply flawed legal reasoning”:

“Given the President’s blatant and egregious disregard both for proper constitutional procedures and the Senate’s unquestioned role in such appointments, I find myself duty-bound to resist the consideration and approval of additional nominations until the President takes steps to remedy the situation.”

The constitution is not worth the paper it's written on.  there is nothing in place to enforce it.
you have to have deep pockets to get your case before a high court, and then you have a poor chance to get a judge who will judge fairly according to the law.
if hussein is re-elected, it will reach the point where you will have to choose, pay taxes, or buy food.
if he wins, it'll be by the margin of independents and libertarians who chose not to vote
