My rifle favorites have become  the Rem Model 7 in 7-08 and 243. My TC rifle in 260 Rem is a very close next.

 :) Well, I've had quite a few, but now it's just deer and bear for me here in NY, so it's a T/C Contender carbine in the Remington 6.8 SPC chambering.

i am just in the process of putting my seventh .358 win. together. early model 600 rem action, douglas barrel. i am going to keep this one! really!don't anybody try to talk me out of it this time. please. cheers all.

well my favorite has changed, i like my interarms commercial mauser in 7mm rem mag the best now.

My favorite rifle is a Sako 579 Forester in .257 Ackley ( I wish it was in the 6.5x55, 7x57, or 7x57 Ackley ) ;D

Can't you take it to a qualified gun smith and have him change the barrel and bolt face to a 6.5X55 or simply change the barrle to 7X57 and later if you really need the extra speed ream to Ackley Imprived?

I guess I'd have to say my Sako Model 75 in 7m-08.
