  Now he works with foreign powers in an effort to take the tax money he bleeds from our veins and "redistribute" it to foreign powers and their citizens.
  Obviously, when he said he wants to "fundamentally transform" thr U.S...he meant to "fundamentally bankrupt" the U.S. !
    ...It all fits in with Soros' plan..

  Perhaps you should read the article again..
    The program was a bad decision to start with..unlike your infatuation with Barack Insane Obama..I have no delusions that GW Bush is perfect..he made mistakes,.  not as many as BIO, but still he made them..
  The article did clearly point out however, that Obummer is bent on exacerbating a bad decision, by increasing greatly the handouts to foreign nationals...and this at a time when he has brought us from a mild recession to a severe recession; verging on depression. 
     Socialism is great at "spreading the poverty around"..
