Twist rate on a 3 inch Ordnance rifle.

Who knows the twist rate on a 3 inch Ordnance rifle.  Also, what would be the scaled down twist rate for a 3/4 scale Ordnance rifle (2.25" bore).

According to AOP No. 12 Plan Folio, one turn in ten feet.  I would think 1 in 7.5 feet would be three quarter scale but it would depend on the specific projectiles you use.
