Headsup- 1911 in 22LR on sale
« on: July 17, 2012, 01:02:24 PM »
Just noticed in the Gander Mtn flyer, July 11-29, 2012, they have the Sig Sauer 1911 in 22LR (GM447593) for $399.99.  Dont know how it is, but hey, its a Sig rather than one of those 'off brands'.

We have one at the same price where I work.  Seems well made, not by Sig, good weight and the trigger seems better than most of the other 1911 .22's.  Yes, I used the dummy 22's ::) .  DP

I believe the Sig 1911 .22 is made by Walther in Germany. God Bless.

Still just a knock off, although for a reasonable price from a good company.

None of them can replace the Colt Ace I bought new in the box and kept pristine even though shot a lot.   Still kick myself for selling it.  Not mine, but a pretty clean one.
