Had a slow night at work, so I pulled out my copy of the 2012 Pocket Pistol and concealed carry buyers guide.
The one that caught my eye this time, and the past three or four times I thumbed through it, is Sig Sauer's 1911 Ultra. Priced at $1,100 it'll be a while before I actually get serious about finding one, but I am curious about these "ultra compact" .45 autos that are out these days. Anyone here have any experience with the chopped 1911 types??
