SCRUFFY, I was on shtgnwld talking about hevishot patterns sounding like a pro. Thanks for the education. Am considering giving you credit over there for it.

10ga slug is good for all game from elephant on down to squirrel

thanks, but there is no need to give me credit.  I've gotten most of my information from Remington and other hevishot sites as well as some first hand info and info from friends.

I can't wait for it to warm up a little and for the snow to melt a little so I can get out and hit the coyote hunting hard.  This morning it was 7 degrees and windy when I looked around 8:30 at the thermometer.  And then I almost got my Jeep stuck in the snow at my place trying to get to the mail box!  :eek:   Most places I hunt I can't even get back into right now.  I need to break down and buy an ATV or snowmobile, or atleast snow shoes...  but like they say, if you don't like the weather in Iowa, wait 15 minutes and it'll change.... :-)
