Trust
« on: March 12, 2013, 10:18:08 AM »
When you face a disaster, crisis , storm or what ever you will need help . Trust will be of great value. It is hard with out stress to trust people new to you. In an emg. it would be better to have friends you know you can trust. How many really consider this when investing time in friends ? Do you have a friend(s) you know with out a doubt would save you ? Do you build on this friendship ? Did you consider it might be the poor guy you give hand downs to ? or the guy a couple doors over that can fix stuff for you and has ? or is it your work pals or golf buddies that you invest in ? will they come thru in a pinch ? do they have the skill to survive ?
If ya can see it ya can hit it !

You are correct.  While many have been obsessing about stockpiling ammon and food, (both necessary of course), I have made arrangements with family and friends about where we will meet, and what we will bring along.  The ability to work together is more important than any other.

I had a young guy tell me he would just go to the woods alone...he could survive.  Having been there done that a bit, I know better...at least not long term.

Gotta have a measure of society to survive.

a lot of folks don't slow down and
think when they plan their "bugout"
(another buzzwork i dislike)
the lone rambo type won't make it.
someone will find you that you don't
want to find you. and these folks
envision running to the woods having
daily firefights on the way. bad way to
check out of this world.
if you are hiking through somebody's
cow pasture with all your tactical gear
and think you won't get shot, well. . . . .

need to find a nice rural community
where the churches outnumber the
bars and liquor stores.
