Fitting barrels to HR/NEF actions

I have several shotgun barrels that I'd like to fit to my one NR series receiver. I know that I can send back to the factory and have barrels specially fit but I DON'T WANT TO BUY ANY MORE BARRELS!!

Certainly there are some instructions somewhere that show how this fitting process is done? Thanks for any help.
