  It doesn't look like the convention is shut down..but Isaac put a damper on the idiots who were ready to occupy a local park, so I guess He may have sent Isaac nearby Tampa..but not too near..
   Moral to the story:  You really shouldn't try to assign motives to somebody you don't even know..
