BSA Customer Service

Anyone have any history with BSA customer service?  I sent them a scope about 2 months ago for repair (top of the reticle was about 10 o'clock) and haven't heard a word from them.

After a call and a long time on hold after I spoke to someone... they sent me a new scope.
