S&W M&P airsoft seal leaking

I've got a S&W M&P airsoft pistol that the CO2 leaks on. I don't think I tightened too tight Maybe I did. (I have left a cylinder in it for extended periods, maybe that's it). I'd like some advice on how tight to tighten the nut that activates the co2 cylinder and also has anyone on this forum replaced a seal? How difficult is it and where can I buy a new one?
I appreciate any replies.
