Remington Genesus value?
« on: September 06, 2012, 01:23:39 PM »
It is not a CVA or a Knight rifle, it is a Remington Genesis and I want to sell it but have no idea what to ask for it.  It has a Bushnell Sportview 6X40 scope on it.  It is fired with shotshell primers and is .50 cal.  A synthetic stock and is in very good to excellent condition.  Here are some pictures of it.  Do any of you guys have an opinion as to the value of this gun?   Thanks for any help on this.....Joel

I would check what they are selling for on gun broker.  It's been a while since I saw one there, but I think the seller was looking for around $200 (NIB Condition).

I just remembered that the Remington Genesis BP rifle is the exact same rifle as the Traditions Yukon.  It was probably made for Remington by Traditions, the only difference I saw was the brand name on the gun.

Goggle the Traditions Yukon, get a photo, then goggle the Genesis, get a photo, then make a comparison.  You'll see that I'm right.  Better yet, get the actual guns, and make a comparison.

never said they weren't the same guns.  all i'm saying is that maybe remington made the trigger group for that model whomevers name is on it.
