Do you still trap a big pile of beaver every fall?Enquiring minds want to know.Bill
I love the smell of coyote gland lure early in the morning.It smells like victory!!

Yotero, i dont think  "old man Boggie" traps much anymore as  you dont see any pics  or even  posts on here from him.... i guess it must be old age  and of course forgetfullness of where he left the computer.   Maybe if we smeared his computer with castor he would  be on here more  as he would beeline it like the bvr do to his Moundmaster.  I wonder if he remembers that anymore???? ;)

 Haven't been able to make it to my far northern area in a while. The feds also closed my best beaver area down here--for taking beaver.
 Did get some this spring,but nowhere near the numbers I would like.But then,I have never gotten the numbers I would like.

The reason I  asked this question as I need some beaver tails and some fresh castor.There are no beaver for 3 counties around me.I have a little experiment I want to conduct and it calls for fresh castor and beaver tails among other ingredients.Thanks.Bill

Sounds like coyotero is going to make a casirol. Baked beaver tail with castor marinade, cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup, couple onions cuo of wild rice. Bake at 350 for couple hours... bet thats the plan.
