It is all about the subjugation of the American people.   All part of Obama's plan.

I MIGHT be able to shed some light on this.  MIGHT.  This could be an entire amount of ammo ordered for all agencies connected with DHS.  For instance, the Indiana Dept of Correction falls under DHS as I am pretty sure all prisons in the US fall under DHS.  It is nothing for my facility to order 40k of 9mm ammo, 3K of sniper ammo, and 10-20K of 223 ammo a year.  Two years ago we ordered like 16K of #4 buck shot.  That's one prison in one state. This is not including the Indiana state police, Indiana Nat Guard and agencies like that which are also under the DHS.
 
I havent seen the report with these numbers and do not know how it breaks down- so I am basically taking a stab in the dark.  But this culminative number, (which is huge), could in fact include all the agencies that fall under DHS.  Personally I am hoping this is the case.  The numbers in question are incredible and I would not like to think that some group of NWO commandoes are stock piling for an impending take over or something.

Here prisons fall under the Texas Dept of Corrections. Any thing involving the DHS, give me pause for concern. It is an agency more dangerous than any other in the USA.

Indiana prisons fall under the Indiana Dept of correction, but the IDOC falls under NIMS (National Incident Management System) ot something to that effect.  It has to do with how large level emerencies are dealt with.  Thank you patriot act and DHS.  I am betting that the Texas DOC falls into the NIMS world somewhere.  That is a national thing.

For sure! And an agency signed into law by the most dangerous President since Lincoln.
