The Oakland California public school system has come under fire for "racism" because blacks make up 63% of expelled students but only comprise 36% of the student body. Hmmmmm.... RACISM is obviously the reason.
Right? Well, Oakland's population is non-white majority, its mayor is an Asian and its last white mayor was Jerry Brown, the goof-ball, liberal Democrat governor of California. Does anybody think Jerry Brown is a "racist." So who are all these seemingly invisible dirty rotten white racists who are responsible for the fact that black "students" act like thugs? Well they don't identify a single one, actually. Now the Dept. of Education and Oakland have reached an "agreement" as follows:
"The agreement will make sure the district works “to change the culture in schools and classrooms that too often gives rise to extraordinary rates of discipline,” Ali said."Thus, the problem with feral black criminality is not black criminals. Black criminality is the fault of the school district, the "culture and" the "classroom." Got that?

Apparently it's also racist to hold black students to the same ethical and legal standards as white students. If Blacks and Mexicans are equal to whites, why do they always demand that standards be lowered for their benefit, instead of improving their behavior to conform to the same laws that apply to whites?
Why is it right that whites can be blamed for the actions of slave owners who died before we were born, but that blacks can never be blamed for anything?
