Foxfur perhaps you didn't notice this is  the blackpowder  cannon and mortar board.   We are really not about the gun you describe even though you have an antique ignition system.  Even then before discussion about guns like yours is allowed you must  post a copy of you ATF letter.

Post  your ATF letter and then tell us how it resembles an old cannon and shoots black powder and no pyrotechnics.
