Question on Ruger SRH

A friend of mine has a SRH in 44 Mag with the satin finish.It has a Bosch and Lomb EER scope on it,He claims it came from the factory with the scope on it.One of the turrets says Ruger.Anyone know if Ruger made a run like this.Any idea what the value is unfired with box and papers???Thanks ahead ,Huntz

With Ruger or any other manufacturer, the only way to typically get the "TRUTH" about a gun is to call them with the serial number and check their records.  If it is so old, it isn't in the digital media, it takes a few days, but usually they will send a letter which details what their books say about a specific model.  Might be worth calling them.  ;)

It more than likely came thru a special distributer package that was put together
