Wisconsin has a $342 million surplus for 2012 thanks to Gov. Walker's budget and reforms and $109 million in rainy day fund.  In this poor economy that is incredible and one only has to look over our southern border to Obama's state of Illinois to see what complete failure looks like.  Illinois has a budget deficit of $42.8 billion... Oh and by the way, we still have roads, infastructure, parks, etc and no schools are closing because of Walker's reform.  Oh sure the liberals are still whining, but that is just a bonus. ;D
