Mike Schulte aka EYE SHOT

Haven't been back to this forum in years but i know my Uncle Mike, Eye Shot on here, was an avid member.

On June 4th he was life flighted to the University of Michigan for emergency treatment for a failing heart. He fought hard for a month and a half, through 2 surgeries, but it just wasn't enough. On July 14th, around 2am, with all of us at his side, he went peacefully to be with god.

He is the sole reason i'm so actively involved in hunting, fishing, and competitive shooting. He is greatly missed.

Thanks for reposting here where we've set up this forum as a permanent tribute to our lost members. I have edited his profile to let members know of his passing whenever they see a post of his in a thread. I also posted the link to his obituary there.

I am truely sorry to hear this , I spent a lot of hours talking guns with him , he loved his slug guns that was for sure , he was also a union brother and we had worked a few jobs together , he will be missed . 
 
I'll keep you all in my thoughts and prayers .

Tip my hat to him my man. Stay strong! I'm not one to get teary eyed, but damn that really put the lump in the back of my throat. Wish you and the folks best of luck !
