recoil pads for thumbhole stocks

The standard one is a hard rubber model. Is there and softer ones aftermarket that are a close fit without grinding.

I think that you can buy these pads as an accessory item from Boyds... some of my Sterling Ultra stocks  (cinnamon) come with a solid pad, but the Forest Lam stocks came with a honeycomb style pad... I find them more comfortable;

I have a couple Boyd's t-holes that came with Decelarators, but they're still grind to fits.

Thanks for the info. Both of mine have the hard rubber. The honeycomb or decelerator would both be a major upgrade from this solid rubber piece on them. will call them today as i have to order another stock anyway. Or maybee I will post a want to buy also maybee someone has one laying around.
