Seen it the other day,got a good laugh from it. I wouldn't doubt it's real, there are some real airhead's out there.

Often, Radio Personalities "set up" the listening audience through a scripted caller.  I do not know this to be the case herein.  I am just saying.  It could have been real and it could also have been a script. 

It seems the "follow up" story tends to suggest the woman was genuine.  I still say maybe, or maybe not...
