38-55 barrel
« on: February 08, 2004, 02:59:20 PM »
I wish NEF would offer a 38-55 add-on barrel.  If anyone out there agrees with me please respond.  I beleive it be great with cast lead bullets and possibly with a .357 soft lead bullet paper patched up to .375.

  You can the .38-55 target special barrel is available in the barrel program they just don't list it. I think its a $103 dead presidents. I have a target special and I really really like it, I want to order a BC .45-70 barrel to fit it also. 8)

You know what would be interesting?  A Handi rifle in the new .500 S&W Mag.  I thing it would do wonders on the cats that live next door.

The official suburban cat round is the . 38 Special Wadcutter. Dead accurate to 50 yards and sounds like a loud cough with a little ping.

Actually they do list the 38-55 barrel on the H&R acc. barrel program. They have it listed with the BC 45-70 barrel.
