Heard some strange stuff from both sides but my favorite was in a radio ad, don't think it was by Romney, but rather some minor candidate or radio pundit:
"Obama gave money to illegal immigrants who don't even live in this country"
(if they aren't actually in this country, wouldn't they just be foreigners?)
