We have been under economic attack. Prior to 2001 we werre iunder simple suicide attacks, but in 2001 they switched to a new style of warfare, a style called "economic jihad". With economic jihad..their aim is to cripple the west with attacks on the financial system. No surprise then, that the first large attack was against our greatest single economic center..The World Trade Center! They hoped to bring down our economy with this one blow. Now, Lehman's may have been careless and occasionally operated on the edge..the enemy knew that and it made their weapons more effective. It was not just such actors as Iraq & Iran, but also includes such as Quattar & Abu Dabi..plus most other islamic countries of the region.
One of the LAST things our government should do is to continue sending billions of oil dollars each month from our treasury to those muslim countries who are seeking to destroy us. We should strive for complete energy independence...starting with the Keystone pipeline
Our leaders by now, should know what is happening and place a priority on "energy independence " from the middle east.
