are they any good gunsmiths in southern indiana that can work with the h&r 357 platform with the new 1.8 laws to give my something with a little more range

What part of S Indiana? What are you wanting done a maximum or one of the new 1.8's? Check into which receiver you can use if you go to one of the new rounds.
