Hi all,

I have a Meridian Gold GPS, and I would like to put some topo maps onto it.  What are some of the better/best software choises out there?  I am a little confused as to what I would be needing for this GPS.  I have switched from a Garmin 3+ (she's a-brokin') and recieved this as a gift, so I dont know much about it.  It has the 16 meg SD card in it.

kb, the only topo maps that can be uploaded to your unit will be from the Magellan Mapsend Topo cd. It's just the way they do things, besides, it sells lots of software for them. I use this on my Magellan SporTrak Pro. It's very simple to upload the maps.  FWIW, Garmin units are the same way, proprietary software only.  MI VHNTR
