I thought it would be a good way to "centralize" some photos and images if I made this thread.  Tomorrow, I am going to take some photos of the gun shop where I work to share with you guys on here.

Looks like a great place to work. Getting to handle all the new stuff that comes in WOW. I think I'm just a little bit jealous.

Yup! The Marlin big bores are really popular around here for Elk and Deer. We try to always keep half a dozen in stock.  Our next biggest sellers are 1911 type handguns and Glocks.

This week has been especially fun at the shop.  We have a master gunsmith "Lee Hadaway" (former instructor at the gunsmithing school in Trinidad) teaching us how to customize 1911s in our own shop.  Last night I learned how to checker front straps to 30 lines per inch, and now I have the tightest barrel bushing in the west on my Kimber.  OH, he has a website too.  I guess Graybeard won't mind if I share that:

Sheila, I can't post my picture on HERE!  Imagine what would happen if you found me to be incredibly attractive and had to move to Colorado?

Now David, ahem, may I call you David?  Anyway, I realize I do bark an awful lot, sometimes I bite too, but you shouldn't make fun of people's photos....now my feelings are hurt.

BamBams,

I think you look quite distinguished and have a great smile although you are a little on the short side.

Thanks Dave!  I go through an awful lot of toothbrushs though.  After I brush my teeth, I can't resist the urge to chew them up.

Here's a blast from the past. Posted this back at the old MT site. My model 1893 two barrel deluxe rifle, with 24" half octagon .32 HPS barrel, and 28" half octagon .30-30 barrel.

 And my Marlin display.
