single shot turkey ejection problem

Hey I am new to the forum and single shot shotguns. I recently bought a h&r 12ga. Turkey gun and I'm having problems with extrating hi brass shells. It will extract lo brass no problems, and it will extract hi brass unfired shells no problem. But the hi brass fired shells it wont extract most of the time. I polished the chamber and it did not help. I don't understand what's going on. The gun is brand new. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks
