? on price on a used Henry Rifle

I have a chance to pick up a mint Henry model number # H001T octagon barrel 22 cal. and friend want to sell me
 Round Count about 200 rounds threw the gun other then that the gun is mint
 he is asking 350.00 is that a good price

Not a bad price.  New they run about 400 to 450.  Dont add the ammo in to the price.  22 ammo is cheap
