Oklahoma burglar down for the count after breaking into boxer's home  Published December 10, 2012

  A suspected burglar got a surprise when he tried to break into an Oklahoma City home, only to find out that a boxing and kickboxing trainer lives there.
Jonathan Wise, 19, was arrested on Dec. 1 – with two black eyes and in need of stitches – after trying to rob the home of Norm Houston, police say.
 
"I heard a thumbing noise on my garage door," Houston told KFOR. "I swung open my back door and somebody was standing there."
Police say Wise threw a punch at Houston before getting into an altercation.
"You know I ain't the toughest, but I can hold my own," Houston said.
Wise was charged with burglary.

LOL, I love these stories.  I saw one on cops where a guy broke into a trailer-home and the resident was a big muscular boy.  the cops had him handcuffed but he was beaten about half to death.
Instant justice.

I read a story years ago about Jack Dempsey being attacked at 67 in a cab. He knocked them both out and held them for the cops. POWDERMAN.

Another story I saw recently was that a guy broke into LL Cool J's house. LL Cool J manhandled him pretty rough and then held him down while he called the police. LL Cool J is the guy that plays Sam on NCIS Los Angeles.

I like the ones where thhe crook gets driven to a place in the boondocks, then is left to find his way home. I.e., beaten severely, no cops called, lots of mosquitoes for company.
