Florida man accused of killing neighbor with a hammer    But it was not his fault. It is those evil hammers. No civilian needs to own a hammer. Only carpenters should have them.

THONOTOSASSA, Fla. – A Tampa-Bay area man who authorities say attacked his neighbor with a hammer has been charged with second degree murder with a weapon.
A Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office press release says 28-year-old Jarrett Kyle Brooks was booked into jail late Saturday. It was not immediately known if he has an attorney.

A lady in my neighborhood tried to kill her ex with a hammer.  so they are definitly dangerous weapons. ::)

what trade should be allowed screwdrivers?  plumbers, mechanics, electricians?
only shelf stocking employees should have box cutters.
