Lyman 310 hand tool?

Has anyone used one of these?   Do they do a make a good cartridge?  I think they look great, but can't see the $80 just to have something that LOOKS  good, at least not right now, but is they work well, I'd like to have one.

Pros?  Cons?

Ranger, it's a hand held reloader looks like a big pair of pliers with a place for a loading die in the handle.  Are you famaliar with the old original loading tools, or the old Ideal loading tool? It's a non-bench mount reloading press that uses special dies and works sort of like squeezing the handles on a pair of pliers. Nifty lil gadget, but a bit pricey fer my blood. But it is authentic to the old west, they've been around fer a heck of a long time.

I prefer the Lee Hand Press myelf, same portablilty, less cost, and uses standard dies from about any company.
