What kind of velocity w/ Winchester USA .223 45gr Varmint

As a H&R Talk refugee I must first thank Graybeard for this great fourm.
I was wondering how close to the advertized 3600 fps you guys are getting out of your Handis and Ultras.  This ammo shoots great in my bull barrel handi but I don't have a chronigraph to check its velocity.  Any info would be much appreciated.
Thanks-
EK

EK Long range, welcome to the board.

The only gun that I have chrono'ed the Winchester 45 grainers in was my 24" barreled AR15.  I was getting 3300 fps or so out of it.  The 24" Ultra was probably doing a little better than that.

Thanks Ditchdigger-

I just wanted to run some numbers through a ballistic program and find out what the extended range ballistics look like for this ammo.  On the range it does very well out to 400 yards for varmint purposes.  Its good for a couple more hundred for plinking.
