Looks a bit odd . Did you put this together Swampy ?Read that the Canoe paddle stocks were really good on the ruger centre fire rifles .
I think a 20 " barrel and a lower asking price would make the cake !!

No I just found the picture online.  It would have saved a lot of weight.

I agree...I can't understand why they make them so chunky.

Doh!  I was really hoping you'd done this.  I'd LOVE to have the capability of a DBM on a Ruger rifle.  Normally, I much prefer their floorplate system, but for the 'precision' rifle matches I like to shoot in, a DBM is super, super nice.

Any idea whether this photo is real, or just a photochop?

I saw one similar to this yesterday at a gun show.
It had a laminate stock on it.
