Unless I'm mistaken I believe that England has banned all knives with points, they have to be rounded like a butter  knife. I believe they even have a limit on blade length. In the 80's I was working nights down town, at the time we were hearing about a lot car jackings .and such so I kept a long Phillip head screwdriver in the pocket in the front of the seat cover of my truck. I figured if someone wanted to pop the window the grab at me it would make a good face poker if you couldn't grab them by the arm and drive off with them.
