Turnaround time for new barrel at H&R

It was 2 weeks from the time I mailed it until it was back at my door today.  8)

I believe that is fast.  The only barrel I've ever ordered was a .30-30 to replace my .44 on an SB2 frame.  Took about 3 weeks I think.

That's great news. I had an Idiot try to argue with me at a gun show that you couldn't get barrells anymore. I tried to explain that you could on certain models (SB1 and 2) but not for the old 158 toppers and such. He was just a dealer tryin to make money.  I was tempted to wack him with one of his TC barrels but walked away.  "Ya cant fix stupid."
