« on: December 20, 2012, 02:29:45 PM »
My friend just told me his family has about 200-300 acres in the salyersville area and I no it's in zone 4  witch it the worst deer density but I was wondering about how the hunting actually is I hunt Athens Ohio and don't see a ton of deer there and the terrain is very similar I am not interested in shooting any does and am just looking for a nice respectable buck 125 or bigger was just seeing if Any one on here would have any info to help me figure out if there's a good number of deer like that running around this area

Shouldn't be a problem to find a buck that size or bigger I know people who hunt the area who have killed deer as big as 170 or so.
