you know what this means don't you . A roofing hatchet.assault weapons ban is coming. It's a slippery slope  - I've no doubt High capacity Roofing nailers will certainly be next. Now it will take forever for me to reroof my house. I will have to go through a background check and a week or so waiting period just to rent one from home depot. I hear it's going to rain next week. I'm certainly screwed.

I can already hear the crafting of legislation already beginning in the halls of congress.

I have 2roofing hatchets, one similar to a broad axe, and one a shingling hatchet (for shakes), they both resenble tomahawks, specially the shingler, long thin blade 2" wide, and a hammer head.  Maybe I can drill a peace pipe into the hammer ;D .
