Hi from SE IN.
« on: January 15, 2013, 04:24:49 PM »
Just a quick note to say hi.   I've been shooting 45ACP  (bullseye competition) and Contenders for years.  Glad to have found this website that caters to Contenders.           45ACP223

Dearborn as well.  I used to complete at FSA, Cincy Revolver Club, and Camp Perry.  Now I just shoot paper for fun and plink a lot.  Took my first deer years ago with my Contender in .44 mag.  Just picked up a 14" .223 barrel and I'm looking for a decent scope.  Any suggestions for mostly 100yd targets/plinking?

Welcome to GBO. This is a great place. Pull up a chair and sit a spell.

If you are looking for a place to shoot at, Laughrey Valley Fish and Game has a 100 yard range and the dues are very reasonable.  $35/yr I think.
