The fentanyl problem didn't disappear
« on: February 08, 2023, 08:58:01 PM »
Haven't heard much of anything about
the problem of fentanyl destroying the
country lately, other than some mention
that whacky runaway balloon might have
dropped a payload during it's odyssey
across the continent. Still deadly and still
killing people. Had some school kids that
were dealing to other school kids in the
area, only what they thought was prescription
pain medications were fakes laced with fentanyl.
IIRC there was 6 or so hospitalized and 3
fatalities from the fentanyl pills
More open border collateral damage

Joe's gift to the American people..fentanyl, killed 107,000 Americans, mostly young people..just last year.

  https://www.newsmax.com/health/health-news/overdose-record-high-cdc/2022/05/11/id/1069410/

Think for a moment...  That is twice the number of mostly young people who were killed during the entire 8 years of the war in Vietnam !

Looks like a 16 to 1 kill ratio..  THanks Joe...to you and your Marxist "fellow travellers".

It's supposed to be very potent and
poisonous stuff.
I've heard of at least one policeman
having to be hospitalized from skin
contact or accidental mucous membrane
contact during an arrest
I understand that like a ziploc sandwich
bag full will kill many people

Police have arrested 3 so far in
the latest fentanyl mess here where
there's been 3 fatalities
Luis Navarrete and Megally Mejia Cano
were arrested for distributing the fake
pain pills to the school age juveniles,
and finally Jason Xavier Villanueva
was arrested for supplying the fentanyl
pills.
The report was saying that 2 milligrams
of fentanyl is considered a lethal dose.
The pills that were being sold have more
than 2 milligrams of fentanyl
I guess somebody could wipe out a
city with a five pound bag of that mess

Deaths have really increased here among young people in the last few years. Our government is doing nothing about illegals and a bill was just introduced in this year's legislative meeting to try to help with the problem. It was tabled on a vote of four to two. Guess the party of the four that voted to table it. Tableing means it's dead.

I am kind of on the fence as I think if you are dumb enough to use something that will kill you the consequences are on you but that is for adults, little kids excluded. I personally think anyone caught selling the stuff should receive a death sentence upon conviction but our state doesn't have that option. In fact we don't do much about any crime except animal abuse is about the only thing that is dealt with seriously.

It's hard to believe but a bill to make any death when using a gun in a drug deal a fourth degree felony and adding four years to the offender's sentence. It was shot down and the reasoning was that is drug gealing is a dangerous activity and those engaging in it need protection.  :o The inmates are truly running the asylum NM government has become.

The world knows where the chemicals are coming from to manufacture fentanyl (CHINA), and the world knows where the the chemicals are combined to produce the fentanyl(MEXICO).

Florida, Texas, and Arizona (New Mexicos' governor doesn't seem to care) don't have any help in stopping the Cartels in plying their trades of drugs, and human trafficking, and are better armed than our states.

They control both sides of the border, and the Biden Regime runs the last leg of their smuggling operation once the illegals, and drug mules cross the border.

And all the other states do is complain.

ENJOY YOUR FENTANYL DEATHS, AND FENTANYL INDUCED ZOMBIES OTHER "NON UNITED" STATES. ;)

I would imagine that many in all
regions of the country are like the
family of the heroin/meth addict
and small time dealer that was
across the way before taking his
latest trip to college.
They make excuses and enable
and put up with the mess he creates
and look the other way
Every dope head I've ever interacted
with has the same thing in common.

I've always shook my head in wonder when listening to the family of a murdered community dope dealer lament over his death. He was the life of all our family gatherings, and he didn't deserve this.

Weeeeell, maybe he did.

Hear the same sad story all
the time
He was really a good person.
That dope/booze is what made
him be out of control.
It ain't his fault

I've heard similar stories from women
I've courted about their sorry exes.
"He's really trying hard to do the right thing "

Some years ago a coworker was living
with a woman, and her ex husband
kicked in the door all full of some
chemical, and started through the
house popping off rounds.  The
coworker settled things quickly,
but the dead pinhead's family was
all vengeful and trying to kill the
coworker even though the killing
was righteous and legal.
In the family's eyes, the winner
of the fight was a murderer that
took their baby away.
