lett grips or eagle grips should carry them. i dont know the price but i had a set on a bisley and they cracked after about a month. There not very strong

Try Ajax Grips in Dallas.  Believe they are about $50, but have a polymer base for strength rather than everyday plastic.  Just checking, don't have birdshead listed, but I'd call or write anyway.  http://ajaxgrips.com

As many birdsheads as Ruger has built, I think they can help.  May be behind updating website.  Waste an email or call.  Never hurts.  What will it lose?  I use their ivory polymers and love them.

they use lett grips and lett is phasing out their consumer end. they show some wood but no pearl for birdshead, R

Spoke with a Lett rep today via phone and was told they're still only phasing out the custom grips.  They'll still have Ruger factory style/material grips available for public purchase.
