You needed to ask that question about a year ago.   Pretty much all that who would have known have passed away.

H&R Bridger Line throwing and harpoon guns are scarce.
...there are many kinds of wounded, and only one kind of dead. Do it the Handi way, one shot, one kill.

Some of the really nice old bolt action H&R's rifles seem to be hard to find. Kurt

I was always intrigued by the "folding" H&R shotguns. I do not think they are located often....<><....:)

The only one I can think of right now is a 357 Mag Survivor I owned years ago. I had bought it new back in the 90's. Not sure if it was satin stainless or just had that kind of finish on it. Had all the survivor stocks with storage and shot great. I got low on $$$ and sold it to help make ends meet. Have wished many times since then I had it back.

The TDC may be desireable, but it's certainly not rare, it's been available for many years up until last year, it's still listed on the H&R website because lots of dealers may still have them in stock. Those H&R offerings that were only available 1 or 2yrs are the rare ones, like the 7x57 and 7x64.  ;)

One of the rarer models I see in the BBGV is the Lightweight Folding made only from 1925-1930 in 410 and 28ga, the regular Folding was made from 1928-1942 in 410, 12, 16 and 20ga.

Thanks to Old Fart for the great pictures and to Tim for the info. I would like to someday stumble across a folding H&R and another I wish I had bought when they were available was a Trap model. How did they work for trap? Does anyone shoot one on the trap range?....<><....:)
