Selective Service
« on: February 09, 2013, 07:45:22 AM »
Now that women are able to qualify for all military MOS has anyone given any thought to just how long it will be before discrimination suits will be filed in both directions against the uneaqual application of Selective Service Registration????
Selective Service Registration is I believe still mandatory for MALES only thus opening this to a gender based law suit.  Hope it gives Panetta a real Pain in the A$$.

I say again;
Selective Service Registry is a legal requirement of all males between the ages of 18-25.  As there is no current draft it is no big deal.  Women were exempted, as I remember, due to noncombatant status.  If this is now no longer a DEFERMENT of registration, females between the ages of 18-25 who do not register are guilty of violating federal law.  Any convicted are going to lose thier 2nd rights.  Think about it.

Problem is; even the decent women who are not radical feminazis, will have to register for the draft..if this liberal brainstorm goes through..

If I remember it was all males who had to register many of them were not fit for combat , that was not a requirement , just out door plumbing.
