As a CareerTech instructor I've been seeing this for several years.
To put it simple, they don't know how to think.
All they want is data needed to pass the next test.
Frightnening really.
It's not all of them, but a growing number.

What good could possibly come from a populace capable of critical thought?


Whether planned or a side benefit this must please those who want an easily manipulated constituency. They can be fed both the questions and the answers, having not thought about either one.
