Yes he does deserve consideration.
Now we have to see if he has anything else to go with this as far as where he stands on other matters to help round out his package.

Yes! It was a great speech,but most politicians are good at speaking.
They say the right things to those they think will help them, and seldom follow through after reaching their goal.The left and right side of the isle is full of them.
This guy might be the real deal, and........He might not!
He mentioned being with the secrete service for 16 years, and quit just(30) day's short of retirement, and not for disciplinary reasons. "Imagine" Thirty day's away from a nice Government pension, and toss it away? 
How many people you know would do that?
It doesn't take a genius to expose the current gun grab going on.....And what better way to get the Conservative vote while running for office.I think we are too easy to fool by slick talking people.We need to really check out the creditability of these people before placing them is a position of power. Look at Johnson,Nixon,Clinton, Bush, Romney, McCain. Now look at their records 
'OOPS" I forgot Obama, and three fourths of the House and Senate.
That is a very good point . It would have served him better to just keep his mouth shut and wrte a book or something . There are two factions to this power grab and there always has been.
Their goals are the same but the differences are how to go about it and who will be in charge .
We have the Bush types and the Clinton types , not that its nessasarly them but thier ideals.
This is why Congess is so screwed up and the ground work for this has been going on now for
decades. Look at the USSR and Nazi Germany. Stalin turned out to be just as bad as Hitler .
The Confederacy may have loved her Generals but Jeff Davis was not all that popular .
In Grants books he paints Lincoln as a monster who was hell bent on changing the Constitution .
This ex SS guy may only be someone who is on the other side so we need to be careful about
jumping on the band wagon with anyone from DC right now .
Or even any Govenors , a common man is more likely to truly be on our side than any of these
people . Facist and Communist may have idealogical differences but their methods are all the same.
In Europe they try to find a common ground and they call that Socialism. And if you think there are
not still Facist running around you are very wrong. Marxist doctrine has been honed out over the
last 25 years in Russia , they don't call it communisum anymore because it isn't !
Maoist fundamentalism is no different , both these doctrines were smart enough to see that the old
ways were not working and needed refinement. Where we went wrong is our way of a Republic
was just compromised like Romes was . Until it became something in the middle and it doesn't
work like that, it breeds Empires. We should have been refining the Constution into something with
a lot more teeth that was enforced . Like with the 2nd, common sense tells us an amendment to
this existing amendment should have included ammunition or the original would be easily compromised.
And we the people should not allow DC to do that for us because we now see where that is going .
Our present representatives are not representing us to the point we can not trust any of them .
And if we allow them to take our guns or even worse stop the flow of ammunition then we are
done for . Where only the black markets will be left to help us survive by dealing in alleyways
like a bunch of dope dealers . But that will only help us to survive, not to take the initiative in
restoring our free republic .
